Burns check-raised to 2,000 over Valek's bet of 600, and Valek made the call, bringing the 5♠ river. Both players slowed down with a check and Valek tabled the winner with A♥J♣, besting the A♦9♥ of Burns.
The under-the-gun player raised to 700 and was called by James Bates in the hijack and Maverick Johnson in the cutoff. Karen Robison then three-bet to 3,300 on the button, resulting in calls from Bates and Johnson.
The trio saw a flop of 3♥2♠3♣ and it checked to Robison, who bet 2,500. Only Johnson continued to the A♦ turn. Both players checked and the 6♦ rolled off on the river.
Johnson led out with a bet of 7,000 and Robison called, tabling J♣J♥ to take down the pot.
