Allan Lee raised to 9,000 in the cutoff and Arturo Toscano called in the small blind. Nicholas Hebert then three-bet to 35,000 in the big blind, and only Toscano called.
Hebert moved all in on the J♠8♣3♠ flop, and Toscano quickly folded. Hebert then accused Toscano of pretending to put his chips in and asked for a tournament official to come over.
"He's done it two or three times already," Hebert said.
"That's not true," Toscano replied. The official then gave Toscano a warning about making forward motion.
