Meanwhile, Christopher Caruso had opened to 3,000 on the button and Merritt Kuhn called in the small blind. Steven Hlavinka then three-bet to 16,000 in the big blind, and Caruso moved all in for 40,000. Kuhn got out of the way, while Hlavinka snap-called.
