Welch Wins Without Showdown
Level 1
: Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
David Roisen began the action with an open to 600 on the button. Tristan Welch responded with a three-bet to 1,800 from the small blind before Roisen made the call.
The 6♣Q♣A♠ flop led to a continuation bet of 2,200 from Welch. Roisen called.
Welch slowed down with a check on the A♥ turn. Roisen took the opportunity to put out a bet of 3,500, but Welch stuck around with a call.
Welch took the initiative on the river when he put out a bet of 11,000 on the river. Roisen did not think too long before he folded his hand as Welch took down the pot on the river without a showdown.
