Workman Shoves on Scofield; Tourville Running Hot
Blair Hinkle raised to 25,000 in early position and Alexander Scofield called in the cutoff. Blake Workman then three-bet to 90,000 in the small blind, and only Scofield called.
Workman bet another 75,000 on the A♦7♥5♣ flop, and Scofield called. Workman then moved all in for 340,000 on the 2♣ turn.
Scofield ended up tanking for nearly five minutes as the rest of the table got up to go on break. "Show the bluff," he eventually said to Workman as he folded, but Workman returned his cards face down. Scofield then said he had two jacks.
At another table, Cody Carlin was all in for 150,000 with ace-five, but Jacob Tourville spiked a set of tens with 10♥10♠ on a board of 4♣10♦8♦Q♣5♥ to send Carlin to the rail.
"This guy is such a luckbox," Nick Willie said.
"Don't call me when I go all in," Matthew Genenbacher added.
