Joseph Wilson limped in from under the gun, Mike Fouts moved all in for 10,000 on the button, and Wilson called.
Mike Fouts: J♥J♣
Joseph Wilson: 9♥8♥
Fouts was ahead with his jacks as the flop came 9♠2♦7♥, but Wilson hit two pair on the 8♣ turn to move in front. The river, though, brought the J♦ to give Fouts a set and the double up.
"That's how it's supposed to be," Fouts, who won this event back in 2018, said.

"Stay here, I'm going to go for it," the small blind said as Robert Renaud raised to 2,000 under the gun. Nolan Garrett called on the button, as did the small blind.
All three players checked the 8♥K♣Q♥ flop, and the small blind then moved all in for 7,500 on the J♥ turn. Only Garrett called.
The small blind showed Q♠5♥ for a pair of queens, while Garrett had A♥7♠ for straight and flush draws. The 4♥ fell on the river, and Garrett made his flush to send the small blind to the rail.
"You had a lot of outs, but you're supposed to fade those most of the time," the small blind lamented as he made his exit.
Russ Thomas raised to 2,200 in early position before a player on the button moved all in for 8,000. "It's only my money," he said to Thomas, who took about 30 seconds before calling.
All-In Player: J♥J♠
Russ Thomas: A♥2♥
The at-risk player was ahead with his jacks, but the A♦Q♥3♥ flop gave Thomas top pair with the nut flush draw. "That's a good flop for you," his opponent said as the board ran out 10♣5♠ to earn Thomas the knockout.
Five players went to a flop of J♦10♠5♦ when the small blind moved all in for 16,800. Delilah Lerner called in the big blind, while another opponent in early position reshoved. Lerner called for her last 24,500.
Small Blind: J♥9♥
Delilah Lerner: 9♦8♦
Early-Position Player: A♦6♦
The small blind was ahead with top pair, while Lerner and the early-position player both had flush draws. The turn was the 9♠, while the 7♥ fell on the river.
The small blind began celebrating his triple up, but Lerner then pointed out she had made a straight on the river. The small blind kept dancing as he made made his way to the rail, while Lerner also took the side pot to double up.
Quang Pham moved all in for 5,000 from middle position and was called by Nick Barksdale and another opponent in the big blind.
Barksdale and the big blind checked down the J♦6♠9♦8♠3♣ board. Barksdale showed A♣10♣, the big blind had K♦Q♥, while Pham slammed down 4♣4♦ and raised his arms in the air in celebration as his fours held on to earn him the triple up.
"17K just like that," another tablemate said.
Jesse Keel three-bet to 6,000 in the small blind and was called by an opponent in the cutoff.
Keel continued for 3,000 on the A♣K♠5♦ flop and his opponent called. Both players then checked the 9♠ turn.
The river was the 8♦ and Keel bet 12,000. His opponent folded this time, and Keel took the pot.

While the Main Event occupies most of the poker room inside the Horseshoe Council Bluffs, the $400 Black Chip Bounty event is going on in another corner of the room.
The event drew 117 total entries and has reached the final table of nine, among them RunGood ambassador Blair Hinkle. Hinkle already won the PokerNews Powerstack event earlier this festival as he chases the $7,006 top prize and his second RGPS ring this week.
