The 2♦ led to a check from Courtney. Burris fired 5,000. Courtney called.

Both players knuckled the 3♥ river. Stevens showed K♦9♦ for king high. Courtney revealed K♠J♠ for a missed straight draw.

It was Burris who claimed the pot when he showed 10♠9♠ for a pair of tens to eliminate Stevens and chip up early on Day 1b.
