Hammer Regrets Folding to Costigan

Kevin Hammer raised to 16,000 under the gun and Edward Medoff called in middle position. Niall Costigan then moved all in for 245,000 in the cutoff.
Hammer took about 30 seconds before folding, while Medoff quickly gave up his hand.
"I should've called you," Hammer said to Costigan.
"I agree. You were probably ahead," Costigan replied.
"I'm sure I was," Hammer added.
"Then why didn't you call? You couldn't have been that sure. It's almost like an oxymoron, then," Costigan said.
