After registering late in Level 6, both Cody Stanford and Drew Gonzalez were seen making their way to the rail a short time later.
Stanford quickly made his way to the reentry desk, and took a new seat with a fresh starting stack.

Adam Thomas opened to 1,600 from under the gun, and Michael Saunders made the call in the cutoff. Sim Therrell came along on the button, and all three players checked the 4♠Q♠6♠ flop.
Thomas led out for 8,000 on the 5♦ turn, with Saunders folding and Therrell sliding in a call.
The J♥ river produced a pair of checks, and Thomas showed down 6♥3♥ for middle pair. Therrell tabled A♣Q♦ for top pair to earn the pot.
Shannon Hamblen followed a limp from under the gun by raising to 3,000 in middle position. Mark Davis moved all in for around 40,000 from the big blind, with both opponents calling off their shorter stacks.

Davis connected with the 3♥J♣2♣ flop, spiking a set of jacks to take the lead. The Q♥ turn and 6♦ river left Davis in front, sending out Hamblen along with the under the gun player.
One familiar face in the Day 1b field is Carl Masters, who took down the 2025 RunGood Poker Series Grand Prix Tunica II $600 Main Event last fall at Horseshoe Casino Tunica.
Masters defeated a field of 645 entries, taking home $60,251 and his third career RGPS ring.
The Tennessee native was sitting with 46,000 at the start of Level 6, looking to make another deep run in defense of his title.

Samuel Brackstone's stack was in the middle from the small blind, joining the middle position player who was also all in. Robert Logan covered them both and made the call from the big blind.

Hubert Sacilowski and Rhonda Hart exchanged a bet and call on the 3♥Q♦10♠ flop, with Sacilowski checking from early position after the 7♠ turn.
Hart fired 3,000 into the middle on the button, and the call was made. Sacilowski checked once more on the 6♥ river, and Hart checked it back while tabling A♦10♦ for a pair of tens.
Sacilowski showed K♦Q♥ for a pair of queens, and the pot was sent his way.
