Verardi Rips The Turn

Level 2 : 100/100, 100 ante

With 4,800 in the middle and the flop reading {2-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}, Andre Verardi bet 1,700 and was called by Hal Marcus.

The turn came {10-Clubs} and Verardi continued for 2,600. Marcus asked the dealer for the count and slid out 7,100. But confusion transpired as Marcus thought he had placed in a call. He had mistaken a dark purple 500 chip for a light purple 5,000 chip. The floor was called and the ruling was that it was a raise.

Verardi shoved all in and Marcus folded.
