Welcome back for Day 2 of the PokerStars SCOOP-02-M: $215 Mini Thursday Thrill which attracted 5,480 players on Day 1 to create a prize pool of $1,168,000 with the eventual winner walking away with at least $70,623 by the end of it all. Out of all those players, 198 have made it through to the final day which will recommence at 1 p.m. Eastern Time.

“Pimmss” took the chip lead with 5,106,864 but is closely followed by “giumas987” (5,036,939), “OK1OK2” ( 4,942,710), ”M1TR4AN1R” (4,850,170), and ”Conckers” (4,485,619) in the top five of the leader board. But there are still some other well-known players left in the field.

All players already have been paid $401.79 and have and have collected a part of that already when the day ended ($181.69). Six players will finish the tournament without any extra money as the pay jump will take place when there are 192 players left. Play will resume at Level 27 which features a small blind of 15,000, big blind of 30,000, and a running ante of 3,750.

Level duration will be 20 minutes throughout the day with a 5-minute break every hour at 55 minutes past the hour. Players will continue with the amount of time left in their time bank after Day 1 and get 10 extra seconds at the start of Level 29 with 10 additional seconds every three levels. Another 75 seconds will be handed out for players who reach the 9-handed final table.

Play will continue until a winner has been crowned and PokerNews will be there from the first deal until the final beep so make sure to follow along today.
