"wktak1" Eliminated by "copag holdem"

Level 31 : 60,000/120,000, 15,000 ante

"copag holdem" and "wktak1" were among the short stacks and the latter called all-in preflop with the {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} out of the small blind after "copag" holdem had pushed for 20 big blinds from under the gun and tabled the {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}.

On a board of {10-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades}{9-Spades}{4-Hearts}, the jacks held up to eliminate "wktak1" in 22nd place,

While several other mid-sized hands played out prior to the third scheduled 5-minute break, there were also three all-in showdowns and each of them resulted in an elimination.

"lopan83" got it in with {a-Hearts}{6-Hearts} against the {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} of "AmeNeYO" and the board brought {8-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{10-Spades}.

"skibi9" had the same kicker problem when his {a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} ended up second-best to "Freshmannn" who held {a-Spades}{10-Hearts} and the {a-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} board ended his run in 24th place.

And a three-way all-in had "joaoMathias" in dire shape with {a-Spades}{j-Clubs} against two ace-kings who chopped up his bounty prize as follows:

"LStrelec" Takes The Lead

Level 31 : 60,000/120,000, 15,000 ante

If it wasn't for a dreadful river, "Kungfumonk" would have been the run-away chip leader but instead he was cut back down and "LSstrelec" took over the lead shortly after he doubled through the Brit.

"LStrelec" was all-in with {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} right after the blinds had gone up and "Kungfumonk" flipped with the {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}.

The {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop vaulted "Kungfumonk" in the lead but the {3-Clubs}{k-Clubs} runout gave "LStrelec" a flush. The player from Russia made another flush with {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds} against the {a-Spades}{j-Hearts} of "JoeGall" to rake in a 1.3 million chip pot a couple hands later to take over the lead.

"bah23" Busts; Mattsson Doubles Through Hollink

Level 30 : 50,000/100,000, 12,500 ante

A bountry prize was awarded to "chicalltreta" when the {a-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} in the small blind proved to have a superior kicker against a button jam by "bah23" with the {a-Spades}{5-Spades}.

The {q-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{j-Spades}{q-Diamonds} board gave some hope with an additional gutshot for the Bulgarian but he departed in 26th place.

Rob "batoelrob" Hollink also aimed for a cash prize when he battled with Simon "C. Darwin2" Mattsson when both were in the blinds. Hollink's {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs} was live against the {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} of the Swede but the {j-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{8-Spades}{6-Hearts} board kept ace-high in the lead.

Pateychuk Eliminated by "Carlos levis"

Level 30 : 50,000/100,000, 12,500 ante

One of the big names still in contention was former EPT Main Event champion Andrey "ThePateychuk" Pateychuk and he had been in the middle of the pack of shorter stacks for a while.

Ultimately he three-bet jammed out of the big blind with the {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and initial raiser "Carlos levis" made the call with the {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}.

The board came {k-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{j-Spades} and that sent Pateychuk to the rail, who collected a cash prize of $2,509,88 and $2,859.38 in bounty prizes.

"necgaidziai" Loses a Big Chunk; "danechka1991" Doubles

Level 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

The big stack of "necgaidziai" was cut down considerably as he clashed with table neighbor "AmeNeYO" who got it in ahead with {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} versus {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} and had the checkmark on the turn of a {9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{k-Spades} board.

The very same table brought another all-in showdown as "danechka1991" took on "skibi9" and reigned supreme with {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} versus {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs} on a board of {q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{5-Spades}, It was four-way action to the flop and "Mikensonas" also called a bet by "danechka1991" on the flop, as did "skibi9".

The jam by "danechka1991" followed on the turn and "skibi9" was the only caller to drop below five big blinds for the next level.

The Heater Continues for "necgaidziai"

Level 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Only three tables remain as another three casualties within the last few minutes have reduced the field to the last 27 hopefuls.

Near the top of the leaderboard is "necgaidziai" from Lithuania after knocking out "Ti0373" with {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts} versus {a-Spades}{q-Clubs} in a preflop all-in, the board came {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Hearts}.

On the same table, "Artem205" then bowed out to "lopan83" when he defended the big blind with {q-Clubs}{5-Hearts} and check-called a bet on the {q-Spades}{9-Spades}{9-Clubs} flop. He check-shoved the {7-Spades} turn and was snap-called by {a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for trips nines, the {k-Hearts} river brought no miracle.
