Ferreira Left on Fumes

Rui ''RuiNF'' Ferreira's Main Event adventure has not been going swimmingly so far. He raised to 1,261 from a stack worth about a third starting stack and ''Piranha_n1'' responded with a three-bet to 5,670 from the big blind. Ferreira put in the call, and the flop of 2♠A♠6♦ appeared.

''Piranha_n1'' continued his aggression with a bet of 3,060, and again Ferreira made the call. The same happened on the 5♣ turn, however, the bet amounted to 9,180 this time.

With the pot now totalling 36,720, the 3♠ river fell. Ferreira only had 11,915 remaining in his stack and ''Piranha_n1'' made a bet large enough to put Ferreira at risk. The latter opted to fold, however, remaining alive on his first bullet for now.
