SCOOP League
SCOOP League

Team Kelvin_FP:AR is still leading the 2025 SCOOP League with only four days of the series remaining. Kevin Kerber's team has 6,190 points, 200 more than long-time leaders Team Spraggy.

Benjamin Spragg's team could drop into third thanks to a resurgent Team Peace&Loove, which is only 80 points behind.

Fintan Hand's Team easywithaces occupies fourth spot, with Parker Talbot's Team tonkaaaa looking set for the wooden spoon. Talbot's plight won't be helped by Denis "Adrenalin710" Strebkov ending his quest for more SCOOP titles for 2025; he's currently deep in a WSOP event in Las Vegas!

$109 SCOOP NLHE Main Event Ends in Three-Way Chop

SCOOP Main Event Low
SCOOP Main Event Low

A massive crowd of 20,110 players entered SCOOP 82-L: $109 NLHE Main Event with high hopes, and "c0rl30n3_89" outlasted them all. The Romanian will forever be known as a SCOOP Main Event champion, while the $173,351 they collected will undoubtedly be put to good use.

With a $103,000 difference between first and third-place prize money, nobody was surprised to see a deal struck in this $109 buy-in event. The deal meant that "SemaMoney" of Azerbaijan collected $134,476 instead of $105,888 when their deep run ended in third place. The runner-up, "ZingaBoy" of Brazil, scooped a $155,005 prize, around $7,000 more than advertised.

However, the night belonged to "c0rl30n3_89" who took home over $173,000 for their efforts.

Germany's "nic81411" Banks Almost $500,000 After $1,050 SCOOP Main Event Victory

2025 SCOOP Medium Main
2025 SCOOP Medium Main

Germany's "nic81411" is $497,321 richer than a few days ago after triumphing in SCOOP 82-M: $1,050 NLHE Main Event. The German fired a single bullet, turning that $1,050 into almost half a million dollars. A lack of a deal at the final table meant there was a whopping $143,000 difference between first and second place!

Some 3,465 players had bought into the $1,050 SCOOP Main Event, generating a guarantee-busting $3,465,000 prize pool. The bulk of that impressive sum was awarded at the final table, with the top five finishers each walking away with at least $128,000.

After the likes of Preben "prebz" Stokkan, Ilya "Leqenden" Anatsky, and Pedro "pm_marke" Marques crashed out, "nic81411" eventually found themselves heads up against "!!f1ghtback!" of Austria. Despite the massive pay jump, no deal was struck, so "nic81411" took him $497,321 and the title of champion after overcoming their final opponent.

Ukraine's Andrey "Anjeyyy" Novak made it five SCOOP titles won after being the last player standing in SCOOP 96-H: $1,050 NLHE Super Tuesday HR. Novak's fifth title came with a $51,155 prize.

Novak has won a SCOOP event every year since 2020, with the exception of 2022 when he drew a blank. Every victory is sweet, but this one must be more so when Novak looks back at the calibre of opponents he came up against. They included "Phemo," Audrius "Stakelis" Stakelis, Christian "WATnlos" Rudolph, and Ilya "Leqenden" Anatsky at the final table.

In the $55 low edition of the Super Tuesday, Albania-based "king153246" continues their incredible purple patch of form with another victory. This latest win paid "king153246" $22,704 but, more importantly, earned a bagful of SCOOP League points for Team Spraggy, who had fallen to second place yesterday.

Parker "tonkaaaa" Talbot Wins $530 Badugi For His Third SCOOP Victory

Parker Talbot
Parker Talbot

Parker "tonkaaaa" Talbot now has a trio of SCOOP titles on his CV after triumphing in SCOOP 102-H: $530 Badugi. A compact field of 32 entrants created a $16,000 prize pool, with $6,701 of the pot landing in Talbot's PokerStars account.

The small field meant only the top five finishers cashed, with Talal "raidalot" Shakerchi popping the money bubble after crashing out in sixth. Finland's "h3pp4p01k4" fell in fifth for $975, with Ireland's "Murphy745" helping themself to the $1,598 fourth-place prize.

Third place and $2,575 went to South Korea's "Ryudnar_KR" before Talbot defeated seven-time SCOOP champion Jussi "calvin7v" Nevanlinna heads-up for the title, resigning the runner-up to a $4,149 consolation prize.

"stek94" Crowned 2025 SCOOP Main Event Champion as Brazilians Dominate

2025 SCOOP Main Event
2025 SCOOP Main Event

Ladies and gentlemen, the 2025 Spring Championship Of Online Poker (SCOOP) Main Event High has a champion. Step forward, "stek94," who walked away with $505,633 after a heads-up deal with fellow Brazilian "hellzito;" the runner-up banked $495,583.

The fourth and final day of the $5,200 buy-in, $3 million guaranteed SCOOP High Main Event started with only nine players in contention for the title and a top prize of more than half a million dollars. Those nine became eight with the elimination of "SerVlaMin," who headed into the night with a $52,195 return on their investment.

Oliver "sk2ll_m0dR" Weis was the next to fall, his eighth-place finishing coming with a $65,279 score before Bruno "bbenardinho" Benardinho bowed out in seventh for $89,141.

Each of the surviving six players earned a six-figure score for their efforts. Austria's "fabsnb85" was the first to collect such a prize, $121,726. The Austrian was joined on the rail first by "Dangerzinn" and then "ferkovsk," who collected prizes worth $166,221 and $226,981, respectively.

Last year's runner-up, Mark "AceSpades11" Radoja, could only muster a third-place finish this time around. Radoja scooped $309,951 and must be delighted with reaching back-to-back final tables in such a prestigious and star-studded affair.

With the dangerous Radoja out of the picture, "stek94" and "hellzito," both Brazilian, struck a deal to lessen the pay jumps. The resulting deal meant "hellzito" banked $495,583 for their runner-up finish instead of the advertised $423,250, while "stek94" helped themself to $505,663 instead of what could have been $577,966.

Team Kelvin_FP:AR Takes the 2025 SCOOP League Lead

SCOOP League Standings
SCOOP League Standings

Poker is a funny old game. Just when you think a result is nailed on, there's a fresh twist that turns a hand on its head. That's precisely what's happened in the 2025 SCOOP League. It had looked like Benjamin Spragg's Team Spraggy would run away with proceedings, but they've dropped to second place after the latest update, and are only 60 points ahead of third place!

Kelvin Kerber's "Team Kelvin_FP:AR" has soared into the lead with a 5,800-point total. A surge in form for Niklas "Lena900" Astedt and Renan "Internett93o" Bruschi has resulted in the Brazilian captain leap-frogging Spraggy's band of merry men.

Similarly, Sebastian Huber's Team peace&loove are now within touching distance of Spraggy, with a mere 60 points separating the two teams. "FAL1st" and Andrey "Premove" Skvortsov have recently added to their SCOOP title hauls, thus closing the gap on the leaders.

Although there's some daylight between third and fourth, Kerber's meteoric rise proves it's not over until the final event crowns its champion. Fintan Hand's Team easywithaces currently has 4,870 points, with Parker Talbot's Team tonkaaaa bringing up the rear with 4,625.

It looks like there will be a thrilling conclusion to this year's SCOOP League!

Mark Radoja Out For Revenge as $5,200 SCOOP Main Event Reaches Its Final Table

Mark Radoja
Mark Radoja

Twelve months ago, Canada's Mark "AceSpades11" Radoja saw his PokerStars account swell by $701,945, yet he was one of the most disappointed players on the online poker giant's platform. Why? Because he had just finished second to "Fakhish" in the $10,300 buy-in SCOOP Main Event.

Fast-forward to today, and Radoja finds himself with another opportunity to become the SCOOP Main Event champion. Radoja returns to the action in the $5,200 NLHE Main Event second in chips, having locked up $52,195 and being only eight eliminations away from $577,966 and the all-important title of champion.

Eight players stand between Radoja and SCOOP Main Event glory, including chip leader "stek94" of Brazil. The South American country accounts for six of the nine players at the final table, so chances are we shall have a Samba star emerging victoriously, although Radoja will have something to say about that.

Play resumes at 5:30 p.m. BST on May 28, and you can follow cards-up coverage of the $5,200 Main Event via PokerStars' Twitch channel. The stream will be on a delay to protect the tournament's integrity.

The $109 NLHE Main Event will also crown its worthy champion on May 28. Some 20,110 players bought in and created a $2,011,000 prize pool and a $208,398 top prize. Romania's "c0rl30n3_89" is the player at the top of the chip counts going into the final day.

Someone will win $497,321 in the $1,050 NLHE Main Event, where only nine of the 3,465 starters have chips. "nic81411" holds the narrowest of leads at the top of the chip counts. They have the likes of Pedro "pm_marke" Marques, Preben "prebz" Stokkan, and Ilya "Leqenden" Anatsky chasing them down.
