Leonard "Grozzorg" Maue

Germany’s Leonard "Grozzorg" Maue pulled off something special on Monday night, defending his title in the prestigious SCOOP 42-H: $5,200 NLHE [Titans] more than a year after winning the same event in 2024.

The high-stakes regular, who now calls Vienna home, struck a heads-up deal with Mexico-based crusher "hello_totti" in a top two that combined tens of millions in online tournament earnings. Maue banked $106,963.10 for the victory, with "hello_totti" locking up $100,787.80 for second.

"king153246", playing for Team Spraggy, continued their remarkable run with yet another final table appearance in the event. The $24,070.57 score further cements their commanding lead in the SCOOP 2025 Individual Leaderboard race and continues a frankly unbelievable SCOOP series so far.

Spraggy's SCOOP Top Tip #5: Make a Playlist

Ben Spragg 'Spraggy'
Ben Spragg 'Spraggy'

Here comes another Spraggy nugget of wisdom for SCOOP 2025.

“You need a Final Table soundtrack, even if you’re out by 87th place,” Spraggy says.

“Film scores, power ballads, ironic bangers—if you’re going down, go down to Hans Zimmer. Nothing beats getting rivered while The Dark Knight theme blares in the background. Bonus points if you pretend you’re in a montage.”

As always, solid advice to take with you to the virtual felt.
