Two players who were also both short got their money in the middle, so Bracci decided to gamble and it paid off. Both players held ace-high while Bracci tabled pocket fives.
The board ran out clean for Bracci and he more than doubled up through one player and eliminated another.
Sean Bartlett has had a rough go of it today, and things have not gotten any better for him.
Bartlett flopped two pair with and got his money in on the flop. Unfortunately for him, the turn paired the wrong card and he was counterfeit against Tony Giallella's pocket kings.
The river was a brick, sending Bartlett to the rail.
Bartlett seems like a fighter, so don't count him out of the remaining flights!

The river was the . The small blind check again, and Van Brussel bet 2,000. The button thought about it and eventually decided to call. The small blind folded.
Van Brussel tabled for top set, and his opponent said, "I didn't expect that. I thought maybe queen-ten" as he tabled, and then mucked, for top pair with a king kicker.
