The flop of A♣Q♥3♥ put Antunes well out front with two pair. However, the K♥ landed on the turn and Marasco pulled out front with a straight. It wasn't over yet as the 3♣ paired the board on the river and Antunes made a full house to survive.

There was an all-in and call at each table and the cards were held to run one at a time. First, it was Marcelo Mesqueu who was at risk for 108,000 with 7♠7♦ against the A♥K♠ of Yuri Rodrigues.

The board ran out Q♦8♦6♣2♦J♣ and Mesqueu's pocket sevens held on for a double up.

At the other table, William Pinheiro was at risk for around 60,000 and fighting an uphill battle with A♦2♥ against Marcelo Lopes' 10♠10♣. The flop of Q♠6♥2♦ gave Pinheiro a pair but not the one he was looking for. The Q♥ on the turn and the 5♦ on the river sealed his fate as the tournament is now down to a single table.

Danielle Antunes opened to 16,000 in the cutoff and Erick Marasco called on the button. They went heads-up to a flop of A♣Q♣10♠ and Antunes started by checking. Marasco made a bet of 15,000 and Antunes snap-called.

The turn was the J♣ and both players checked to the 9♥ on the river. Antunes checked again and Marasco dropped in a stack of 25,000 chips. Antunes quickly folded and Marasco collected another pot.

Mesqueu Gets Out of Line

Marcelo Mesqueu raised to 16,000 in the cutoff and Vagner Outor jammed all in for his last 43,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Mesqueu asked for a count before flicking in a chip to call.

The flop came A♠Q♠9♦ and Outor took a stranglehold on the hand with a pair of aces. The 8♥ on the turn left Mesqueu drawing dead to the 2♦ on the river.

On the first hand of the new level, the action folded around to Danielle Antunes in the small blind who moved all in for her last 30,000 chips. Erick Marasco quickly called in the big blind and the cards were face up.

It turned out to be a coin flip and the flop of K♣K♦2♠ left Marasco in front with two pair. The 8♠ on the turn and the 9♣ on the river missed Antunes who was eliminated on the bubble. The final seven players will now bag their chips and return tomorrow for Day 2.
