In a three-bet pot to the 10♥4♥3♠ flop, chip leader Lukasz Jankowski continued for 5,000 and won the pot right away to increase his current lead. Shortly thereafter, Raffaele De Nicola joined the field to bring the Day 1c tally up to 13 entries with seven remaining.
Edzel Villares lost a pot in which his 6♠3♠ flopped bottom pair and turned a flush draw, another spade would have been expensive though as Ephraim Guevarra held 10♠8♠ for the superior pair and flush draw.
Guevarra then check-called a bet of 3,500 by Edgar Asehan on the J♠4♦3♠4♠10♥ river and mucked when he was shown the A♦10♣ for tens and fours by Asehan.

Edgar Asehan raised for Lukasz Jankowski to call out of the big blind and the current big stack then checked the J♣9♠8♣ flop. Asehan bet 1,700 and Jankowski eyeballed his stack before he check-raised to 6,000. That was enough to win the pot right there without any further resistance.
Edzel Villares limped in from under the gun and another three players followed suit before the action reached Gio Gamelo in the big blind. Having posted the big blind ante, he only had 2,200 behind and moved all-in. Villares now reraised to 9,200 and that forced out everyone else.
Gio Gamelo: 4♠4♣
Edzel Villares: A♣J♠
There was no celebration about the knockout by Villares this time when he got there on the J♦10♣2♠K♠J♥ runout.
Gio Gamelo limped in and Lukasz Jankowski then raised to 5,000 in the small blind. It folded back to Gamelo and he pushed all-in, Jankowski called after a few seconds.
Lukasz Jankowski: A♦K♦
Gio Gamelo: A♠10♦
The kicker played on the Q♠4♥3♥9♥K♣ runout and Jankowski doubled for 58,800 to leave Gamelo on just five big blinds.

Edgar Kim was all-in preflop with the A♣K♣ and had the best of it, as Edzel Villares only revealed the A♦Q♥. The board ran out A♥3♠2♠10♥Q♦ and the queen on the river was the dagger for Kim.
One hand later, Edgar Asehan raised to 2,000 and Gio Gamelo three-bet to 7,000. Ephraim Guevarra four-bet all-in and forced two folds.
The turn showed A♣Q♥5♦4♦ and Ephraim Guevarra was seen with a bet of 15,000. One seat over, Lukasz Jankowski then pushed all-in and Guevarra sent his cards into the muck with a lot of frustration.
There are now eight players seated once again as Edgar Asehan has re-entered.
