More than a dozen players brought in at the very last minute for the regular heat 1d, which has seen the attendance boosted to 220 entries with some 99 players remaining which means they will play down to the top 28 finishers.

Level 11 : Blinds 700/1,400, 1,400 ante

Upon completion of level 11, the field size currently stands at 206 entries with 86 players remaining and both of these figures are up for change during the third scheduled break of the day as the late registration is open for another 15 minutes.

In the turbo heat 1e, there are currently 14 players out of 18 entries left and the late registration will be open for longer, allowing all those to bust from Day 1d after the break to have one final chance at running up a stack.

Figuerres Eliminated by Tirnovean

Level 11 : Blinds 700/1,400, 1,400 ante

Just before the end of the level, Joshua Figuerres got it in preflop with QQ out of the blinds against the A10 of Paul Tirnovean. The 543 flop gave Tirnovean a gutshot wheel draw while the 6 turn didn't change anything. A deuce would have brought a straight on the board for a chop now and thus, Tirnovean needed an ace which he caught with the A on the river.

Fish With Chips

Level 11 : Blinds 700/1,400, 1,400 ante

The three-way flop of J62 was checked through to the 9 turn on which Ivan Dela Cruz in the big blind bet 6,500. Oliver Lirio called from under the gun and Aso Seitaro also came along on the button with a severe short stack behind. They all checked the 8 on the river and Dela Cruz tabled the AJ for the top pair.

Lirio had that beat with 98 and Seitaro mucked.

"Fish," Lirio grimaced in the table chat before raking in the pot.
