Van Huyssteen Jams Into Cherry

Level 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

The flop showed Q102 and Braam Van Huyssteen checked, then called a bet worth 7,000 by Norman Cherry on the button. It repeated for the same amount on the 10 turn and Van Huyssteen then jammed the 6 river for 30,600.

Cherry instantly sighed vividly and asked for a count. He ultimately declared "I fold" and Van Huyssteen showed his KJ.

"What is that?`" Cherry asked and another player replied "king high".

Alan Jung was not quite happy when he banged his hand on the table after losing his last all-in showdown against Jamie Vilela. Shortly after, Ronit Chamani arrived to take her seat after the conclusion of the ZAR 50,000 High Roller and to see where she finished, follow the ongoing live stream action above the live updates.

Her new table saw Ting Zhao win a showdown pot when he bet the 852 flop for 3,000 and chip leader Cliton Taliwanth in the big blind check-called. They checked down the 6 turn and 8 river for Taliwanth to expose the 62. Zhao earned the pot with the QQ after counterfeiting the two pair of Taliwanth.
