Burns Concedes to Chidwick's Overbet

Level 16 : 7,000/14,000, 14,000 ante

Stephen Chidwick raised to 35,000 on the button and got action from both blinds. Everyone checked the flop and the board read {10-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}. Chidwick bet 75,000 and Kahle Burns called out of the big blind. The river brought a {k-Hearts} and Chidwick fired in a huge bet of 500,000. It was nearly enough to but Burns all in and he shook his head and folded after some thought.

Negreanu Outflops Hyman

Level 16 : 7,000/14,000, 14,000 ante

Under the gun, Matt Hyman raised to 40,000 and found two callers in button Jason Koon and big blind Daniel Negreanu.

They saw the {3-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{A-Spades} hit the felt and Hyman, who had {J-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} bet out 83,000. Koon released his hand but Negreanu had flopped a set of treys and he decided to play them straight-forward. He check-raised to 183,000 and while Hyman took his time to make a move, there was no room for him to continue as he laid his hand down.

Bonomo Finds Thin Value

Level 16 : 7,000/14,000, 14,000 ante

Stephen Chidwick completed in the small blind and his neighbouring big stack Justin Bonomo raised to 60,000. Chidwick called.

The {J-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} board was checked to the river where Bonomo fired 65,000 in position. Chidwick quickly called but mucked upon seeing Bonomo's {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}.

Petrangelo Bricks Flush Draw

Level 16 : 7,000/14,000, 14,000 ante

Nick Petrangelo made it 30,000 in the first position and Seth Davies called on the button to go to a heads-up flop.

Petrangelo had {K-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and the {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} flop was ideal for a cbet as Petrangelo slid in another 30,000. Davies had {7-}{X-} in his hand with the other card undisclosed.

He called and called 118,000 more on the {8-Hearts} turn. The {8-Diamonds} river bricked Petrangelo's flush draw and he slowed down with a check. Davies set him all-in and took down the pot.

The flop landed {8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} and Bonomo checked to Badziakouski who bet 20,000.

Bonomo pushed his cards to the muck, and Badziakouski captured this pot.

Sontheimer Slips Further

Level 15 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

In a blind-versus-blind battle, Seth Davies and Steffen Sontheimer were on the {7-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} turn with Davies firing 78,000 into the pot. He had {Q-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and Sontheimer called him with {7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}.

The {9-Hearts} river missed both players' straight draws but it didn't stop Davies from betting 187,000. Sontheimer let his third pair go, leaving himself with last 15 big blinds.
