The WSOP Circuit Aix-en-Provence Main Event Continues with the Final Two Flights
The €1,500 World Series of Poker Circuit Aix-en-Provence Main Event will soon enter a new phase, with the final two starting flights taking place this Saturday, April 18 at the Pasino Grand Partouche.
Over the past few days, the first two flights have already drawn a field of 358 players, including 231 entrants on Day 1b alone, with 31 players qualifying for Day 2 and joining the 17 players who bagged chips after Day 1a.
This second flight saw Frank Debus take the overall chip lead with 1,025,000 chips, closely followed by Karim Kaladjou (955,000) and WSOP bracelet winner Georgios Skarparis (835,000).

François Rognon (425,000) and Ivan Chegusov (392,000) follow, along with Aurélien Six (340,000) and Louis Schoumaker (325,000), both around the average stack.
Giovanni Rosadoni (283,000), Aurelie Reard (274,000), Malek Grabsi (210,000), Jacques Der Megreditchian (206,000), Michael O’Neill (196,000), and Koen de Visscher (191,000) also qualified, while Cecile Ticherfatine (171,000), Charles Donnadieu (134,000), Rabah Ait Abdelmalek (115,000), and Thibaut Moussa (104,000) bagged smaller stacks.
The day is scheduled to start with Day 1c at 12:30 p.m. local time. It will run under the same structure as the previous flights, featuring a 50,000 starting stack and 40-minute levels.
Later in the day, Day 1d Turbo gets underway at 8 p.m., this time with faster 20-minute levels. In both flights, the top 13.5% of the field will advance to Day 2 and secure a place in the money.
