Decamps Hits the River

Level 6 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Florian Decamps opened to 2,000 from early position and was called by Adria Diaz on the button and both players in the blinds.

Decamps continued for 2,500 on 210J but Diaz raised to 6,200. The blinds folded and Decamps called.

Decamps checked the 2 turn and Diaz fired a second barrel to 6,600. Decamps went deep into the tank and made the call.

The Q river was checked by both players and Decamps revealed KQ for top pair. "Lucky river," Diaz told him.

Leroux and Tavares Split

Level 6 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Jean-Claude Leroux found himself at risk for 42,200 against Miguel Tavares.

After a flop of JQJ, Leroux found a flush draw with the 4 turn but the 5 river changed nothing so they split the pot.

Le Floch Runs Into Atoui's Kings

Level 5 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Kamel Atoui opened to 1,700 from the hijavk. Omar Lakhdari in the cutoff snap-called but Logan Le Floch in the big blind raised all-in for 11,500. Atoui four-bet to 26,200 and Lakhdari went deep into the tank before folding what he said was tens.

Atoui's kings kept the lead all the way through a board of 43J72 and Le Floch was eliminated.

Dahan with a Better Pair

Level 5 : 400/800, 800 ante

A few minutes after Victoria Ailloud-Zoccali's elimination, Gilles Ouazana opened to 2,000 from under the gun but David Dahan to his left three-bet to 4,600. Ludovic Sultan in the small blind called, as well as Ouazana.

Dahan bet 5,500 on 279 and was called by Sultan, but Ouazana check-folded.

The A turn and the 7 where checked by both players and Sultan flipped over 44. Dahan had 1010 and scooped the pot.

Derwiche and Loeser Split

Level 4 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Imad Derwiche in middle position opened to 1,600. Manig Loeser to his left three-bet to 4,000, bur Derwiche four-bet to 13,000. Loeser made the call.

Both players checked the 2Q9 flop leading to the 3 turn and Derwiche bet 11,000. Loeser called but checked-back the 8 river with AK.

Derwiche had AK so they split the pot.

No Turn Needed for Ribouchon

Moments after he arrived at the table, Florian Ribouchon opened to 1,200 form early position and was called by the player to his left. Patrick Viret on the button however three-bet to 4,000. Jean-Claude Sette in the big blind, Ribouchon and his neighbor called.

Viret continued for 2,500 on 2K7. Sette called but Ribouchon check-raised to 9,500. The middle position player and Viret folded, and it took a few more seconds for Sette to fold as well.
