Lei Yu opened to 10,000 from under the gun and Ami Barer was the lone caller on the button. The flop came A♠7♣3♠ and Yu led out with a bet of 8,000. Barer raised to 21,000 and Yu quickly folded.

On the next hand, four players headed to the flop after Marius Gierse raised to 10,000. The flop came Q♥8♣3♣ and Gierse continued with a bet of 11,000. Ivan Zhang raised to 30,000 on his left and Barer ripped all in for just over 100,000 next to act. The entire table instantly mucked their cards and Barer collected another one.

Dominik Nitsche opted to limp in from middle position which allowed Quan Zhou and Marius Gierse to come along from the blinds cheaply. The flop came 8♣8♦7♥ and the action checked around to the 8♥ on the turn.

Zhou led out with a bet of 7,000 which got Gierse to fold but Nitsche called. The river was the 8♠, putting quads on the board. Zhou checked this time and Nitsche made a bet of 10,000. Zhou looked him up and Nitsche tabled A♠A♦ to scoop the pot.

Lei Yu opened to 8,000 from under the gun and Gary Thompson called from the big blind. The flop fell Q♠4♠3♥ and Thompson checked to Yu who bet 6,000. Thompson check-raised to 25,000 and Yu called.

The 6♣ landed on the turn and Thompson put together a bet of 37,000. Yu still called and the 10♥ completed the board. Thompson reached for a bet of 129,000, leaving just a few chips behind. Yu used one of his time banks but then eventually gave in to the pressure by folding.

The turn brought the 9♥ and Gierse checked again. Yu counted out a bet of 18,000 and that was enough to force Gierse to lay his hand down.

The turn brought the A♣ and both players checked to the Q♣ on the river. Nitsche checked once more and Yu opted to check it back. Nitsche tabled 9♠9♥ but Yu held A♥K♥ for top pair to win the pot.

A couple of hands later, Zhang made it 8,000 to go in the cutoff and Gary Thompson defended from the big blind. The flop fell Q♠6♥4♣ and both players checked to the 4♦ on the turn.

Thompson led out with a bet of 9,000 and Zhang called to see the 2♠ on the river. Thompson checked this time and Zhang sized up a bet of 52,000. Thompson folded and Zhang dragged in another pot.

The turn was the 7♣ and Gierse led out with a bet of 30,000 this time. Yu called and the 6♦ paired the board on the river. Gierse jammed all in for around 65,000 and Yu snapped him off. Gierse tabled J♠8♠ for a flush but Yu held K♠5♠ for a better flush.
