Ivan Zhang opened to 160,000 from under the gun and Istvan Birizdo moved all in for around 1,000,000 in the big blind. Zhang quickly called and a crowd gathered around the table.

Istvan Birizdo opened the action with a raise to 125,000 and Bin Leng on the button three-bet to 335,000. Huawei Lin in the big blind used one time bank extension and then moved all-in.

"Count it please," Birizdo politely inquired and the shove of Lin was for 2,090,000.

"You have around 2.2 million behind?" Birizdo asked and Ivan Zhang translated for his countryman, who nodded. Birizdo then pushed all-in and Leng folded.

Patrik Demus raised it up from under the gun and Marius Gierse reraised from the small blind. Demus called and they went heads-up to a flop of 10♠9♠3♥ with around 800,000 in the middle. Gierse led out with a bet of 350,000 on the flop and Demus called.

The turn was the Q♣ and Gierse fired out another bet of 450,000. Demus still called and the 2♦ completed the board. Gierse announced all in on the river and Demus wasted little time before mucking his cards.

German poker pro Marius Gierse remains in cruise control and added another knockout to his resume for the day, further cementing his status as the chip leader. He opened from under the gun and then called the button shove by Shuang Li to unleash the following classic flip.
