In a duel hijack versus button, Stephen Song raised and called a three-bet to 45,000 by Sean Ooi. On the K♦K♠J♠ flop, Song check-called for 25,000 and they checked the 8♥ turn. After the 7♥ river, Song bet 90,000 with 5,000 behind and Ooi called to win the pot with A♥J♥ versus A♣10♦.

In the next hand, Yisha Chen jammed for 146,000 and Dong Chen called all-in for less than that from the big blind.

Yunkyu Song opened to 20,000 from under the gun and Jumiao She reraised to 40,000 a couple of seats over. The action folded back to Song who called to see a flop of K♦5♦2♠.

Song checked to She who bet 30,000 and Song stuck around for the 3♣ on the turn. Song checked again and then released after a bet of 60,000 from She.

Xiangnan Meng raised to 22,000 in middle position and Gavin three-bet to 80,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Meng four-bet shoved all in. Gavin quickly called off his stack of 260,000 and the cards were tabled.

The flop came J♣10♦8♣ and Meng took the lead with a pair of jacks. Gavin still had plenty of outs but the 4♠ on the turn was not one of them. However, the Q♠ on the river was and Gavin managed to score a double up after countless trips to the registration desk throughout this event.

Pan Wang raised to 22,000 in middle position and was called Haohui Ma on the button and Yuchung Chang in the big blind. The flop fell Q♠4♠2♣ and Wang continued with a bet of 30,000. Ma called and Chang got out of the way.

The turn was the J♣ and Wang tossed in another bet of 55,000 which Ma still called. The 7♣ completed the board and Wang slowed down with a check. Ma reached back for a big bet of 275,000 and Wang quickly mucked his cards.

Zhenpeng Liu called the shove by Yunkyu Song and found himself up with K♦Q♥ versus A♥8♠. Song got out of the chair and put on his jacket as usual for the all-in showdown but sat back down rather quickly when the flop came A♦A♣Q♦. The 2♥ turn confirmed the elimination of Liu ahead of the J♣ river.
