Brandon Temple

PokerNews's Brandon Temple raised to 600 from middle position and the big blind player defended to see a {8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds} flop.

The big blind player check-called Temple's 600 continuation bet and saw the {3-Hearts} fall on the turn. The big blind player checked once again only to fold after Temple fired out one last bullet worth 1,100.

Level 4 : 200/300, 300 ante
Mike Schneider
Mike Schneider

There was heads-up action between Loki Abboud from the small blind and Mike Schneider from the big blind.

The board read {q-Spades}{k-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{8-Spades} and Abboud lead out for 1,500 into a 3,200 pot.

Schneider raised to 5,000 and sent Abboud into the tank. After a few minutes, Abboud mucked {k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} face up.

High Fives for Stevermer

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

Dennis Stevermer raised to 400 from early position and Joe Foss defended his big blind to see a {6-Spades}{10-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop. Foss too the initiative and led out for 400, which Stevermer called.

The {2-Clubs} turn saw Foss bet another 400 and again Stevermer called.

When the {10-Spades} double paired the board on the river, Foss upped his bet to 900 and Stevermer wasted little time in making the call.

Foss sheepishly showed the {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts} and Stevermer then tabled the {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs} for the win.

Abboud Rivers Matakis

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante
Loki Abboud
Loki Abboud

After a 600 initial raise, three players saw a {8-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} flop that was checked to the {10-Hearts} turn.

The initial raiser checked from middle position along with Ian Matakis from the hijack. Action was on Loki Abboud who fired out 1,500 on the button and was called by Matakis after the initial raiser folded.

The {k-Diamonds} river was checked by both players and Matakis tabled {a-Spades}{q-Hearts} for ace-high but it was no good as Abboud tabled {k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} to scoop the pot with a pair of kings.
