Love Eliminates One

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Jonathan Love
Jonathan Love

A player moved all in from middle position for 50,000. Jonathan Love was next to act and went all in over the top. The rest of the table got out of the way and they flipped their cards over.

Jonathan Love: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}

Love still just needed to fade three outs after the {7-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} flop, but his opponent picked up a diamond flush draw on the {j-Diamonds} turn. The {3-Hearts} river was a brick and Love sent his opponent to the rail.

Second Bullet Going Better for Friedman

Adam Friedman
Adam Friedman

Adam Friedman opened the action with a raise to 7,000 from middle position. The player on the button called and the big blind came along as well.

The flop came {2-Spades}{3-Spades}{6-Spades} and Friedman put out a continuation bet of 8,000. Both players called.

All three players checked the {4-Spades} turn as well as the {j-Diamonds} river.

Adam Friedman: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Friedman tabled a king-high flush which was good enough to take down the pot.
