MSPT Venetian $1,100 Main Event Final Table

The Mid-States Poker Tour (MSPT) Venetian comes to its conclusion as the final day of the $1,110 Main Event gets underway at 11 a.m. local time.

Yesterday's Day 2 saw 199 players return to the felt but after 15 levels of play, only eight remained with Boris Kolev leading the pack with 9,575,000. The man who resides from Bulgaria has over $1.6 million in lifetime live-tournament earnings and will look to add a MSPT Main Event title to his name.

Even though Kolev sits in the top spot with a healthy 60 big blind stack, there's still a lot of poker to be played with plenty of stiff competition. Sitting to Kolev's right is the last lady standing Mickey Ma, who grinded her way throughout Day 2 and ended up securing a a top-three stack for the final table.

Coming into the final day just slightly behind Ma is Ethan Yau. Yau, who streamed his way to a WSOP gold bracelet on YouTube to thousands of viewers under his Rampage Poker moniker last year, sits in a good spot to possibly add another prestigious title to his resume.

Another player to watch out for at the final table is Ilyas Muradi. While Muradi only has record of cashes dating from the beginning of the year, he has already racked up almost $1 million in live-tournament earnings after winning the WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open Championship in January for $ 620,000.

While the latter sits comfortably, another WPT Champion sits at the bottom as Nick Ahmadi will look to spin up his 975,000 stack and claim the title of MSPT Champion as his own.

Day 3 was looking like the full final table of nine would be in their seats but Bradley Beetz was the final elimination from last nights Day 2 meaning, eight players will be returning for the final day. Each of them has secured $33,601, but all eyes will be on the $260,008 first-place prize that the eventual champion will be taking home, along with the MSPT Venetian title.
