There was four-way action after a flop and Gary Herstein lead out with an all in bet. The player under the gun folded while a player from late position came over the top for roughly 80,000 and Jason Bral called.

Bral was ahead after flopping two-pair but still had a sweat as Herstein held an open-ended straight draw and the turn paired his jack.

Unfortunately for Herstein, the river was a brick and secured Bral the double elimination.

The MSPT Hall of Fame, established in 2017, is proud to recognize those individuals who have shown superior skill and achieved specific long-term accomplishments.

The criteria to earn a spot on the MSPT Hall of Fame is as follows:

Achieve a minimum of 25 MSPT Main Event Cashes and 1 MSPT Win OR 1 MSPT Player of the Year; or
Achieve a minimum of 10 MSPT Main Event Final Tables and 1 MSPT Win OR 1 MSPT Player of the Year

As of today, seven players are currently enshrined in the MSPT Hall of Fame.

A player from early position raised to 6,500 only to be faced with a four-bet by Nemanja Tatar, which he made from the hijack after the payer to his left three-bet to 19,000.

Action folded back to the initial raiser who called off his 131,000 stack and the player in late position folded.

Tatar was trailing his opponents' pocket kings until an ace appeared in the window on the flop.

The turn didn't change a thing nor did the that followed on the river and Tatar eliminated his opponent while climbing to the top of the chip counts in the process.

Greenwood Won't Be Bullied

Action on the table folded around to Eli Greenwood who limped-in from the small blind and then called the 7,500 raise from Shan Jong in the big blind.

The flop was checked by both players bringing the turn.

Greenwood check-called Jong's 5,000 bet and the completed the board on the river.

Action went check-check and Greenwood rolled over to win the pot with a pair of eights.

Since its inception in 2009, the MSPT has done a great job keeping track of player stats. As a result, 12 years on they have one of the best player databases in the industry.

On their "Leaderboards" page, the MSPT tracks such things as Career Earnings, Main Event Cashes, Main Event Final Tables, Main Event Titles, Total Cashes, Most Cashes/Final Tables in a Season, Most Final Tables All-Time, and much more.
