Fashakin Out Kicks Opponent for Double

There was heads-up action after a flop between Femi Fashakin from the button and the big blind player.

With around 12,000 already in the middle, the Fashakin's opponent led out for 5,100 and he called bringing about the turn.

Action was checked to Fashakin who moved all-in for 18,000 and his opponent called after some careful time in the tank.

Both players flopped top-pair but Fashakin held the superior kicker and the river secured his double-up.

The player under the gun limped-in and the next seat over raised to 1,700. Action folded to Donnie Phan who called from the small blind and the player under the gun came along as well.

The flop was checked to the initial raiser who continued for 2,300 and Phan check-raised to 5,700. The player under the gun folded while the other called and the fell on the turn.

Phan quickly jammed for 17,600 and his opponent folded instantly.
