Will Givens took his seat in the tournament just in time to be dealt into the big blind and committed 2,100 preflop on his first hand of the day along with Salim Wahdan in early position and a third player in the small blind.

The small blind bet 2,500 on and Givens raised to 6,400, receiving a quick fold from Wahdan before the small blind called. The turn came and the small blind checked to Givens, who bet 11,000. The small blind thought for around half a minute and then called all in for less.
