Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante
Scott Stewart
Scott Stewart

Scott Stewart raised to 1,600 in middle position and was three-bet to 5,100 by WIll Givens in the big blind. Stewart called.

The dealer fanned a flop of {7-Spades}{2-Hearts}{10-Spades} and Givens continuation-bet 5,600. Stewart announced he was all in for around 20,000 total and Givens thought for about 20 seconds before releasing his hand, earning Stewart the pot with his flop shove.

Wyporowich Doubles With Rockets

Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante
Michael Wyporowich
Michael Wyporowich

Michael Wyporowich opened the action with a raise to 1,600 in middle position and saw four players call behind. Everybody checked the flop {2-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{a-Spades}, bringing the turn {7-Spades}. The small blind bet 7,000 and Wyporowich went all in for 13,800, receiving a call when action got back to the small blind.

Michael Wyporowich: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}
Small Blind: {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}

Wyporowich already had the double locked up by the time the money went in and the river {2-Diamonds} improved him to a full house in the process, bringing him north of 30K after being one of the shorter stacks for most of the day thus far.

Spahiu Toasted

Level 5 : 300/500, 500 ante
Renato Spahiu
Renato Spahiu

Renato Spahiu was down to his last 6,500 after losing the rest with ace-king suited to pocket jacks just moments prior, and he re-shipped it in on the button over a middle-position open from Thomas Fuller to 1,200. Fuller called.

Renato Spahiu: {7-Spades}{6-Spades}
Thomas Fuller: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}

Both players connected with the flop {6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{j-Hearts}, leaving Spahiu with five outs and a couple of backdoor opportunities to stay alive. None came as the turn {q-Clubs} and river {j-Spades} completed the runout, eliminating Spahiu and bringing Fuller back to starting stack after having spent much of his afternoon short prior to the won pot.

Stefan Calls With a King on the End

Level 5 : 300/500, 500 ante

Sarah Stefan was just seen with a stack nearly triple that with which she started and confirmed she just picked up a chunk of it making a correct hero call on the river. With a little help from tablemates Danny Gonzales and Aaron Frei, the details were relayed that Stefan raised over two limpers and eventually went multi-way to a flop of {8-}{6-}{6-}. One player led out for 6,000 and Stefan called, taking action heads up to the turn {8-} where Stefan called another 6,000 from the player.

The river {4-} saw the player bet another 15,000 and Stefan found a call with {k-}{q-},which wound up being best to take down the pot.

Varnell Wins a Big One

Level 4 : 200/400, 400 ante
Craig Varnell
Craig Varnell

All of the chips got into the middle between Craig Varnell, who was on the button, and an opponent in the big blind who was all in for around 40,000.

All-In Player: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Craig Varnell: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}

"Nice hand, brother," said the all-in player, beginning to walk away from the table.

"It's not over yet," responded Varnell. The player continued to walk away nonetheless, looking over his shoulder while barely remaining within eyeshot of the table by the river of a runout {2-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts}.
