Foxen Returns, Chips Up

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Action was three ways with a growing pot and {9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{q-Clubs} on the board when both blinds checked to Alex Foxen in middle position. Foxen bet 3,000 and the small blind raised to 12,000 before the big blind got out of the way. Foxen called and the turn was {3-Clubs}.

The small blind shoved the turn and Foxen called quickly. Foxen turned over {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for the flush and his opponent had {9-Spades}{9-Hearts} for a set of nines. The river was {j-Diamonds} and no help for the small blind as Foxen chipped up in the first few hands after returning from the rebuy window.
