Boskovitz Doubles Through Sarkis

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Jason Sarkis raised from the cutoff and Anthony Boskovitz shoved from the button for the blinds to fold and Sarkis to make the call.

Anthony Boskovitz: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}
Jason Sarkis: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}

The flop came {k-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} for Boskovitz to stay ahead and for Sarkis to pick up the flush draw.

The turn was the {2-Hearts} which kept Boskovitz ahead and so did the {4-Diamonds} on the river as he doubled up.

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 100 ante
Andrew Michael
Andrew Michael

Andrew Michael shoved from under the gun and so did Jason Sarkis from the small blind for a bit more. Laurence Hall called in the big blind, having both of his opponents covered.

Andrew Michael: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
Jason Sarkis: {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}
Laurence Hall: {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}

The flop came {10-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} with the ten in the window to give Sarkis a set and for both Michael and Hall a straight draw.

The turn was the {a-Spades} which didn't change things much and neither did the {7-Clubs} on the river as Michael was eliminated and Sarkis earned a full double-up through Hall.

Vesko Zmukic joined the feature table to take Michael's old seat.

Blight Doubles Through Marsland

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Dale Marsland raised to 2,200 and Steve Pesce called. Craig Blight jammed for 15,900 and Marsland went all in over the top for 21,700, Pesce folded.

Craig Blight: {5-Clubs}{5-Hearts}
Dale Marsland: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

"If I lose, it at least goes to a nice guy," Blight said in table chat. His pocket pair would however hold up on the {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{2-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and Marsland lost his last six big blinds shortly after.

Nebojsa Blanusa shoved from mid-position for 30,600 and so did Adam Kharman in the late position for 90,400 for the rest of the table to fold.

Nebojsa Blanusa: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
Adam Kharman: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

The flop came {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}{10-Hearts} for them both to hit a pair and Broadway draw but keep Kharman ahead.

The flop was the {5-Spades} to not change things and neither did the {9-Spades} on the river as the defending champion was eliminated on his second bullet in the Main Event.

Anthony Boskovitz joined the table shortly after to fill the empty seat.

Kondevski Eliminated by Kehoe

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Todor Kondevski started his last hand with around 16,000 in chips and Dylan Kehoe three-bet to 7,000. Bassam Habib had invested 2,500 until then and folded, while Kondevski moved all in and was snap-called by Kehoe.

Todor Kondevski: {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}
Dylan Kehoe: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}

The {a-Spades}{2-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop left Kondevski in need of a miracle and it was all over after the {j-Spades} turn, which made the {k-Clubs} river a formality.
