Luc Greenwood Gets Thin Value

Level 5 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante

Dominik Nitsche raised to 7,000 under the gun and Stanley Choi flatted on the button. Luc Greenwood joined from the big blind and the {Q-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{J-Spades} flop was checked to Choi who fired 8,500. Only Greenwood stuck around, calling.

Choi checked back on the {7-Clubs} turn and the {5-Diamonds} fell on the river. Greenwood led out 10,000 and Choi wanted to see his cards, calling. Greenwood showed {K-Spades}{J-Clubs} and Choi nodded, mucking his hand.

James Chen

James Chen raised to 6,000 with {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} in the cutoff and Chan Wai Leong looked down at {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} on the button. He reraised to 20,000 and Chen took the flop.

Both players liked to see {Q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{5-Spades} and Chan threw in a small bet of 18,000. Chen check-called and spiked the nuts on the {4-Spades} turn.

Chen checked again and Chan barrelled for 51,000. Chen called and the {K-Spades} missed Chan's outs to outdraw his opponent.

Level 5 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante

James Chen open-raised on the button and called when Rui Cao three-bet to 25,000 out of the small blind.

Both missed the {5-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs} flop as Cao held {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}. Chen hit at least a gutter with {Q-Spades}{10-Hearts} and he floated, calling a continuation bet of 21,000.

The {10-Clubs} turn saw Cao give up and Chen took it down after betting 55,000.
