PokerNews catches a stunned and grateful Nick Schulman after he wins the Triton Super High Roller 100,000 HKD Short Deck poker tournament. Schulman, who had no previous experience with the new popular poker varietal, outlasted a field of 61 entries to claim the HKD 2,135,000 first-place prize (more than $272,000).

After a series of limps, Tan Xuan raised on the button making it 30,000. Mikita Badziakouski called before Alan Sass moved all in for 196,000. Xuan called and Badziakouski thought for a bit before he called as well.
