David Peters

Jason Koon opened the action with a raise to 13,000 on the button. David Peters three-bet to 65,000 from the small blind and Koon called.

The flop was {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{4-Spades} and Peters bet 35,000, which Koon called. Both players then checked the {j-Clubs} on the turn.

The river was the {2-Hearts} and Peters opted for an overbet of 280,000. Koon, however, responded with an all-in shove which put Peters to the test for his entire stack of around 1.1 million. Peters called it off with {a-}{j-} but Koon had rivered a full house with {2-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} to make Peters the third casualty of the day.

Xuan Strikes Back

Level 4 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Tan Xuan raised to 11,000 from the hijack and Justin Bonomo three-bet to 37,000. Xuan four-bet to 131,000, Bonomo called and the dealer fanned out {j-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades} on the flop.

Xuan pushed in 140,000, Bonomo called and a {5-Hearts} peeled off on the turn. Xuan bet 220,000 and Bonomo called to see the {j-Spades} river card. Xuan quickly moved all of his chips into the middle for roughly 450,000 and Bonomo folded just as quickly, shipping the pot to Xuan.

Bonomo Doubles Through Xuan

Level 4 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Tan Xuan opened to 12,000 from under the gun and Justin Bonomo raised it to 42,000 in middle position. Xuan pushed in a four-bet of 125,000 and Bonomo stuck around to see the {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop.

Xuan led out for 125,000, Bonomo called and the {6-Spades} hit the felt. Xuan pushed in 280,000 and again Bonomo called. The {10-Spades} completed the board and Xuan announced all in.

Bonomo checked his cards and quickly called for his remaining 235,000. Xuan turned over {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} for top two but it was not enough as Bonomo tabled {a-Spades}{4-Spades} for the nut flush, doubling through Xuan.

Mikita Badziakouski raised to 10,000 from early position with {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and Christoph Vogelsang, who has left his regular attire at home in favor of a suit and matching tie, three-bet to 41,000 on the button with {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}. Badziakouski called before both players checked the {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop.

Badziakouski added the nines as outs to his flush draw when the {q-Clubs} came on the turn. The Belarusian bet 72,000 and the German called in position.

The river was the {9-Clubs} to complete Badziakouski's straight and he bet 280,000. Vogelsang needed his time to come to a decision but ultimately folded the inferior hand.
