Stanley Choi
Stanley Choi

Alfred DeCarolis opened to 150,000 from late position and Stanley Choi shoved his remaining 455,000 from the big blind. DeCarolis snap-called and the two turned over their hands with Choi at risk.

Stanley Choi: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Alfred DeCarolis: {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

The flop came down {j-Hearts}{8-Spades}{3-Hearts} and Choi was now drawing to a split at best. A scare landed on the turn when a {k-Hearts} popped off, giving DeCarolis a flush draw. The unlikely {4-Hearts} hit the felt as a river card, completing the runner-runner flush for DeCarolis who scooped in the complete pot, eliminating Choi from the tournament.
