Haxton Outflopped in Six-Bet Pot
Level 1
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Isaac Haxton opened to 2,500 in the cutoff and Ruslan Khadartsev called on the button before Mi Deng three-bet to 12,500 in the small blind. Haxton four-bet to 33,500 and Khadartsev got out of the way, which proved to be the right move as Deng clicked it back to 70,000.
The raising war wasn't over as Haxton six-bet to 110,000. Deng called.
Both players then checked on the flop of 2♦A♠2♥ and Deng led out for 45,000 on the 3♥ turn. Haxton called. Deng then bet 75,000 on the Q♦ river to bring a fold from Haxton, who told the table he had pocket kings.
