Seunghyun Michael Nam opened to 9,000 on the button and Ruslan Khadartsev defended in the big blind.
Khadartsev checked on the flop of K♣9♥8♣ and Nam bet 8,000. Khadartsev called. Nam checked again on the 4♠ turn and Khadartsev sized up to 55,000. Nam called.
Nam checked once more on the 6♠ river and Khadartsev put him to the test by moving all in. Nam called with his stack of 156,000.
Nam tabled 9♠8♥ for two pair, enough to crush the 9♣3♣ of Khadartsev as the Russian was sent to the rail.
