Tang Folds Top Pair in the Face of Perez's Aces
Danny Tang was-heads-up against Roberto Perez on a flop of 7♠5♣Q♠ holding Q♣J♦ with a 2,675,000 pot already in the middle.
Apparently, Perez had tabled his A♥A♣, not realizing Tang wasn't yet all in. Wesley Fei announced he had already folded a queen, and Tang was left with just 10 seconds to decide what to do with his last 500,000 in the face of an all in by Perez.
Tang was quickly trying to figure some pot odds calculations in his head before landing on a fold, and Perez was awarded the pot.
"You should call with a queen getting six-to-one," Perez afterwards.
A flustered Tang explained he couldn't think clearly with time pressure and being told he had limited time to act.
