Binder Puts a Beat on Velasevic to Double
Level 24
: Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Bernhard Binder open-shoved from the small blind for his last 3,525,000 and Danilo Velasevic took a peek at his hole cards and called all in from the big blind with a covering stack.
Bernhard Binder: K♦4♦
Danilo Velasevic: 7♦7♠
Binder was in trouble, and things looked grim for him on the J♣A♦5♥ flop. The 2♥ gave him some hope with a wheel draw, however, and the 3♥ river filled it, awarding Binder the double-up and leaving Velasevic short.
