Two Flop Huge, Simao Secures Double
Level 6
: Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Nick Schulman raised to 6,000 from the cutoff, and Joao Simao three-bet to 20,000 on the button. Justin Saliba then four-bet to 264,000 from the small blind. Schulman folded, but Simao called.
Saliba continued for 9,000 on an A♦J♦A♣ flop, before calling when Simao raised to 23,000.
The action checked through on the 5♠ turn, but Saliba put Simao all-in for his final 58,000 on the 10♥ river, and Simao quickly called.
Saliba tabled A♥K♣ for flopped trips, which was no good versus the J♠J♥ of Simao, who had flopped a full house.
