Veza's Kings Get Cracked

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Within two hands the stack of Pavao Veza has melted to zero. The first one saw him in great shape to eliminate Zoltan Boszormenyi with {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} only for the Hungarian to improve with {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds} on a board of {Q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{5-Spades}.

That left Veza with around 10,000, just five big blinds, and he busted the next hand against Nuno Miguel Carvalho.

Also out: Auke Attema and Razvan Bizera.

Hens Back on Track

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

At one point, William Hens was down to just 1,600, but those times are gone. Since moving to the feature table, he flopped a straight with the {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and just now busted Mariusz Czarnojan. The latter shoved for 16,000 with the {A-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} and Hens called from one seat over in the cutoff with {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}.

The board came {Q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{2-Clubs} and the kicker played to eliminate Czarnojan.

Level 9 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Andrei Boghean raised to 3,500 from under the gun and Silviu Baltatenu three-bet to 11,300 out of the small blind, Boghean called. On the {7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} flop, Baltatenu continued for 10,000 and picked up a call by Boghean before checking the {5-Hearts} on the turn. Down to the Last 100 Players

Level 9 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Among others, Kevin Killeen, Dan Chisu and Ionut Flavius have been eliminated and the screens show just 100 players remaining.

Flavius three-bet shoved for around 15,000 out of the blinds with the {A-Spades}{5-Hearts} and initial raiser Teodor Cap Bun called with {Q-Spades}{10-Spades}. The board came {8-Spades}{2-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} and Cap Bun made two pair to bust Flavius.

Chip and a Chair for Apostol

Level 9 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

David Mandiel raised to 4,000 and Constantin Florin Bitan called on the cutoff, Ioana Silvana Apostol called all in for 2,200 in the big blind. On the {8-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop, Mandiel check-raised all in and Bitan called after having bet 10,000.

Ioana Silvana Apostol: {K-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}
Constantin Florin Bitan: {J-Clubs}{J-Spades}
David Mandiel: {A-Clubs}{5-Hearts}

The {3-Diamonds} turn changed nothing, but Apostol more than tripled up thanks to the {K-Diamonds} river while Bitan doubled for 39,000 through Mandiel.

Heath Still Among Big Stacks; Caplescu Thriving

Level 9 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Jakob Linden, Aldo Monteleone and Eli Heath have been improving their stacks as of lately, though Heath hovers around the same as the last break after previously losing a few small pots. His last hand saw a bet of 9,000 on the {10-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flop against Gerret van Lancker and a third player, which went through without any resistance.

However, the one player to beat right now is Gheorghe Caplescu, who busted an opponent and pretty much than doubled his stack since the start of the level.
