Louis Michaud opened to 1,000 from under the gun and Nabil Hajjoubi called from the next seat over. Ayoub Belghazi three-bet to 3,500 from the small blind and was called by both players.
Belghazi continued for 3,000 on the K♥7♦2♠ flop, and Michaud was the only caller. Michaud then called a bet on the 2♣ turn to bring in the 9♥ river.
Belghazi fired out another 12,000, leaving around 28,000 behind. Michaud put his opponent all-in, and after some thinking time Belghazi called for his tournament life.
Michaud rivered nines full of deuces with his 9♦9♠, putting a bad beat on Belgazi's A♣K♦.

Anas Tadini raised to 1,200 from early position and was called by four other players.
On the J♣9♠2♥ flop, Luc Alves checked from the small blind and UDSO High Roller champ Isabel Baltazar led out for 2,800 from the big blind. Tadini called before Azaal El Yamani folded from middle position. Patrick Frew called from the button and Alves also stuck around.
Baltazar fired out another 4,000 on the K♠ turn. Frew was the only player to fold.
A third barrel of 16,000 came from the High Roller winner, but both of her opponents folded.
All three players showed their cards anyway. Baltazar had the nuts with Qx10x, while Alves missed his flush with his A♠Q♠. Tadini made a disciplined laydown, and folded a set as he showed 2x2x.
Jaeck Yann raised to 900 from under the gun and was called by Martial Blangenwitsch from the next seat over. Georges Forge made it 2,300 from middle position. Cristina Jugastru, jacques Mauron, Eric Apikan and Yann all called before Blangenwitsch jammed for 25,900. It folded to Mauron, who called, and the rest of the players got out of the way, with Yann showing the A♣ before folding.
Martial Blangenwitsch: 6♠6♦
Jacques Mauron: J♠J♣
Yann would've made top pair on the A♥8♠2♣ flop, but luckily for him he was made to feel better about his folder after Mauron made a set of jacks on the J♦ turn. The 3♥ completed the board for Blangenwitsch to be sent out of the tournament.
