Loeser Doubles Through Imsirovic

Level 6 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Manig Loeser opened with a raise to 6,500 and was called by one player before Ali Imsirovic moved all in from the small blind with a covering stack on all other players left to act. Action folded back to Loeser who thought for a bit before committing his stack of 71,500 and the other player in the hand folded so it was heads-up with Loeser at risk.

The board ran out {A-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Spades} and Loeser paired his ace, allowing him to double up while Imsirovic was cut down a bit.

Cappello Loses Some, Gets Them Right Back

Level 6 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Joseph Cappello raised to 7,000 from under the gun and a player in the small blind called. The board came down {10-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{4-Spades}, action checked to Cappello, he bet 7,000 and his opponent called.

An {8-Spades} fell on the turn, action again checked to Cappello who fired in 18,000 and his opponent quickly folded, sending the pot to Cappello.

Fox Takes Some Chips from Cheong

Level 6 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Elio Fox opened to 6,500 from under the gun, three players called, including Joseph Cheong in the small blind and Phil Hellmuth in the big.

The dealer flipped over {q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} on the flop, action checked to Fox who bet 5,500 and Cheong check-raised to 25,000. Hellmuth ducked and Fox called, the dealer burned and turned the {j-Hearts}.

Cheong checked to Fox, he bet 18,500 and Cheong called. A {4-Spades} landed on the river, both player checked and tabled their hands. Fox turned over {a-Spades}{q-Spades} for a pair of queens, Cheong mucked and Fox scooped in the pot.

Reilly Doubles Through Guan

Tim Reilly moved all in from late position for 32,500 and Ricky Guan called in the big blind.

Laplante Gets a Fold From Seidel

Level 5 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

In what must have been a three-bet pot, Ryan Laplante was first to act against Erik Seidel. Laplante was in the small blind and he led out for 24,000 with the board showing {A-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}. Seidel thought for a bit, then decided to call.

The turn was the {5-Diamonds} and this time both players checked to see the {7-Hearts} on the river. There, Laplante led out, making a big bet of what looked like 63,000. Seidel thought for a bit, but eventually folded. With that, Laplante took down the pot and moved above 200,000 chips.

There was right around 20,000 in the pot on a flop of {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} and Byron Kaverman was first to act from the blinds. He checked over to Ryan Leng who checked behind on the button.

The turn was the {Q-Spades} and Kaverman decided to lead out, making it 12,000. Leng called.

On the {5-Hearts} river, Kaverman checked. Leng made it 19,500 and Kaverman decided to release his hand. With that, Leng took down the pot and chipped up to about 170,000.
