Dinner Break

Level 11 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

The remaining 200 players are going on a 75-minute dinner break, after which there will be just three levels separating them from joining the 149 players already through to Day 2.

Level: 12

Blinds: 1,500/3,000

Ante: 500

Three More Levels

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

With players returning from their dinner break, featuring healthy portions of couscous on the special Moroccan night, there are three levels left in the evening.

There are 193 players left, and with 149 already through to Day 2 it looks like tomorrow is going to be a busy day as we play down to the money and beyond.

Tussle at the Top

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Shortly before the dinner break it was Jerome Paveaux who was at the top of the chip counts, but with one level almost complete after the dinner break it is Winamax Team Pro Pierre Calamusa who has surpassed him and is now the outright chip leader with an astonishing 735,000.

It remains to be seen whether he can hold onto that chip lead towards the end of the night.

Doubles for Hossam and Michels

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

The all in and calls are flying here at the Winamax SISMIX Main Event. Firstly Mohamed Hossam moved all in with {a-Spades}{2-Spades} and, after some thought, was called by Nicolaus Paskiewicz with {q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}.

The flop was a good one for Hossam, coming {4-Spades}{5-Spades}{j-Spades} giving him a flush. The turn {j-Clubs} might have got Hossam's heart racing a little bit, giving Paskiewicz trips, but the river was the {k-Clubs} handing him the full double up.

At another table Bruno Michels was all in with {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} and would have to come from behind to beat the {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} of Boyan Dulyanov. The flop {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs} gave Michels a flush draw. The turn was the {8-Diamonds} but the river {10-Hearts} completed that flush draw and handed him the double.
