The flop came 10♣6♣8♦ and action checked to Sanz, who made it 7,500 to go. Only Hossam call, meaning two players went to the turn, which was the Q♥. Both players checked.

The river fell the 7♠ and Hossam led out for 10,000. Sanz made the call and Hossam flipped over 8♥7♥ for two pair, eights and sevens. Sanz mucked his hand and Hossam scooped the pot.

Adrien Sanz recently took down the 2023 Marrakech Poker Open for €70,200. He has a long way to go if he's to do it again in the SISMAX Main Event.

Matthieu Lamagnere raised from early position and Nicolas Chaponnais reraised to 3,700. Lamagnere called and two players went to the flop.

The flop came A♣2♠10♠. Lamagnere checked and Chaponnais bet 3,000, which Lamagnere called.

The turn was the 5♣. Lamagnere checked again and Chaponnais bet 8,000. Lamagnere came over the top with a shove all in, putting Chaponnais at risk for the rest of his stack. Chaponnais made the call and players flipped their cards.

The turn was the 4♥ and Amina led out for 4,000, which Faville called. On the 5♥ river, Berrada opted to check and Faville put out a large bet to 20,000. Berrada made the call.
