Champlin Gets Paid By Hudson

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

A pot of 65,000 was already built up between Spencer Champlin in middle position and Kami Hudson on the button, and the full {j-Hearts}{7-Spades}{2-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{9-Hearts} board was already on the felt.

Champlin bet 18,000, which sent Hudson into the tank. She asked Champlin to move his arms and reveal his stack, and Champlin obliged, showing the nearly 100,000 in chips he had remaining. Hudson eventually flicked a chip in the pot to call, only to muck after Champlin tabled {7-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for a flush.

Lucky Sevens for Goodman

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

A player in early position limped and another player behind him in middle position shoved all in. Action folded around to Don Goodman, who was in the big blind and asked for a count. The number totaled 32,400 and he put in chips to call. The limper folded and Goodman and the all-in player turned up their hands.

Don Goodman: {7-Clubs}{7-Spades}
All-In Player: {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

Goodman was behind, but not for long as the flop fell {9-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}.

"It's not over yet," Goodman said as the turn came {10-Diamonds}. The river {9-Clubs} paired the board, giving him a full house as he remained on top and sent the other player to the rail. He apologized as the newly-eliminated player got up from his chair, which was well-received with a warm response that what had happened was no problem at all.

Tolbert's Eights Hold Up

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Clint Tolbert
Clint Tolbert

A player raised to 6,000 from the hijack, and Clint Tolbert three-bet to 14,000 from the cutoff. The hijack called.

On the {3-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{7-Spades} flop, the hijack ripped his last 17,500 in and Tolbert quickly called.

Opponent: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Clint Tolbert: {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}

Tolbert's opponent picked up a gutshot Broadway draw on the {q-Hearts} turn, but the {9-Spades} river left Tolbert's pair in front for the elimination.

Clark Hits Trips on River

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

There was around 14,000 in the pot on a flop of {8-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{3-Hearts} with three-way action. The players in the small- and big blind checked to Aaron Clark, who was in the cutoff. He bet 6,500 and received a fold from the small blind and a call from the big blind.

The turn came {k-Spades} and both players checked. The river was {8-Clubs} and the big blind checked. Clark bet 17,000, sending the big blind into the tank. After over a minute, he said that he put Clark on either aces or nothing. He then dropped in a stack to call.

Clark tabled {9-Spades}{8-Spades} for trip eights and his opponent remarked about how his own read was wrong, laughing as he sent his cards to the muck.

Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}
Maria Ho: {k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

Lokesh Garg
Lokesh Garg

A player in early position raised to 4,000 and was called by the hijack. Action was then on Lokesh Garg, who was in the cutoff. He thought for about 30 seconds and three-bet to 14,000. The original raiser wasted no time going all in for what was around 28,000. The hijack folded and Garg called.

Lokesh Garg: {6-Spades}{6-Hearts}
All-In Player: {j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}

The board ran out {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{8-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and Garg was able to fade the gutshot and over cards on the river to earn the knockout, bringing his stack to over 100,000 in chips.

Level 10 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

The dealer was in the process of pulling in 4,700 each from the small blind, big blind, and TIm Gilliam, who was on the button after a flop of {9-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{7-Clubs}. All three players then checked the turn {a-Clubs}.

The river fell {q-Clubs} and both blinds checked again. Gilliam reached for chips, grabbing 11,000 and throwing it out into the pot. The small blind quickly folded and the big blind followed suit, resulting in him taking down the pot.
